Snapshot of the Week: The Taj Mahal
27.12.2013
It was such a memorable experience for seeing one of the world's ancient wonders. This 'monument of love' is the most amazing structure I have ever seen than any tallest building in the world. Taj Mahal, meaning 'Crown Palace' was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife and queen Mumtaz Mahal, where her grave was put in the lower chamber. Built entirely of white marble, its stunning architectural beauty is beyond ample description. I used to read them on books and thank God it became reality.
Photo taken last August 2012. Agra, India.
